Financial Marketing
For our Marketing in Delivery we wanted to find a way to stay organized. I managed to create a massive Google sheet to keep everything in order. All we needed to do was add the person's name and their donation amount on the left chart. Then it automatically added up all the donations, subtracted any fees, categorized them in the donation 'tiers' we had on our GoFundMe, added up how much 'rewards' items we needed, and gave us a total!
Inputting any expenses automatically calculated and took it out of our donations. Other tabs included special delivery options, orders from our class which were automatically added up as well, and an enormous amount of research we did on the costs of merchandise production. Social Media Marketing
I helped manage our social media, mainly through Instagram and Facebook. We tried to engage our audience at least twice a week, slowly revealing more and more about our film to hype them up for the final product!
We also kept them updated with anything and everything including events, merchandise, and any changes that occurred during production. The Character Animation program also held a few open houses and we took advantage of that by meeting face to face with people interested in animated films. We left last impressions by making business cards, answering questions, and baking cookies Check out or social media sites below! |
